Ventilation Systems

During a fire, smoke spreads more and faster than heat. For this reason, deaths are mainly due to smoke poisoning. To prevent this, smoke extraction systems that meet regulatory requirements are installed in buildings. The system absorbs smoke and prevents poisoning of people, as well as blocking the visual image of the evacuation route during evacuation. To do this, we use large cubic snail air blowers, fire valves and smoke shields.

It also includes the installation of a hydrant system, fire cabinets, fire extinguishers, hoses and annual maintenance, and the annual filling of cylinders.

When designing fire protection systems, our specialists take into account the dimensions of the facility, purpose, materials used during construction, possible evacuation exits and the most basic regulations. One of the main components of these systems is the fire alarm system. Depending on the purpose, size and plan of the facility, a report should be made, a project should be prepared in accordance with the normative rules, and fire alarms should be installed in the number and scheme in accordance with the project. The sensors we use are mainly made in Russia and Turkey and have high quality, durability and special sensor (sensitivity) properties. When installing these systems, the customer's wishes, financial capabilities and aesthetic features of the interior of the facility are taken into account within the normative rules.

  • Natural ventilation - The movement of air during natural ventilation is carried out in accordance with the following: Ventilation caused by the difference in temperature between outside and inside (rooms), ie a process called aeration. Ventilation caused by the pressure difference between the lower (rooms) and upper surfaces of the atmosphere column (via a deflector device installed on the roof of the building). Ventilation caused by the pressure of the wind.

  • Mechanical ventilation - This type of ventilation is a forced ventilation system using fans and air blowers. Mechanical ventilation systems use equipment and devices that move air over long distances, including fans, electric motors, air heaters, vacuum cleaners, automation, etc. and they can consume large amounts of electricity. It can provide air supply and removal from the specified space in the required amount and regardless of the changing environmental conditions.

  • Knock Ventilation system - A ventilation system that allows as much air to be injected as possible to allow it to heat up in the winter and cool down in the summer. This ventilation system not only injects fresh air, but also expels the exhaust air inside due to the pressure of the injected air.

  • Suction Ventilation System - The main function of a suction ventilation system is to remove dust, harmful impurities in the air, bad odors as well as carbon monoxide. This ventilation is usually placed on the roof. A protective layer is usually built to protect this ventilation system from the wind.

  • Safety and Smoke Extraction - One of the main objectives of smoke protection systems is to localize smoke and toxic gases, evacuate evacuation routes and ensure the safe evacuation of people from buildings that have caught fire. Fires and the spread of smoke in buildings often result in the loss of people and the loss of much of their property.

  • Central air conditioners - these air conditioners are equipped with a cold and hot system, in which cold air is pumped from the chiller, freon internal compressor-condenser unit, and hot water is pumped from the central heating system or boiler. These air conditioners are located close to the rooms they serve (on the roof, technical floor or basement). Air enters and exits the air conditioner, as well as transfers to the rooms through air lines. The central air conditioning system consists of several sections, and each section performs a specific function. In addition to cooling and heating the air, they clean, dry or humidify it and, of course, provide ventilation.

    The main features and advantages of central air conditioners:

    Humidity can be ensured in other systems by pumping and distributing fresh air at the required temperature in several systems. The capabilities of the central air conditioning system increase the service life of split systems and other types of air conditioners. Only one unit is used and it does not affect the overall appearance of the interior facade of the building.

    Ventilation of apartments;

    Currently, ventilation is an integral part of the organization of comfortable and fresh air in apartments. Modern construction technologies and plastic windows make it impossible for fresh air to enter. The environmental situation and the noise outside indicate that ventilation with this open window is unfavorable. Opinions about air conditioning in apartments are completely wrong. Air conditioners regulate the room temperature, changing the air in the room is the work of the ventilation system. Using only air conditioners without a ventilation system only creates a "sleek coolness". Although it is easier to breathe, there is still a lack of oxygen in the air, which causes fatigue and can also adversely affect overall health. Therefore, it is better to have both air conditioning and ventilation in the room. The ventilation system provides the room with fresher, cleaner and more oxygen-rich air, while the air conditioner cools it and creates a more comfortable environment. More suitable ventilation for apartments is a percussion ventilation system. The percussion ventilation system removes not only dust from the incoming air, but also bad odors and harmful gases that may come with the air. After cleaning and, if necessary, heating, the air is pumped into the room, and the exhaust air is removed through the natural ventilation systems and sanitary ventilation systems in the kitchen due to the pressure created by the injected air inside.     Ventilation of offices;

    There are different working environments in the offices of different administrative buildings. Separately, even an office worker needs 50 cubic meters / hour of fresh air. The health, mood and ability to work of the staff also depends on the ventilation of office space. Given that office buildings are usually rented and in most cases do not have a ventilation system, it is not advisable to install high-power ventilation systems here. It is more expedient to install a compact ventilation system for single rooms that can be easily dismantled and assembled. It is possible to dismantle this ventilation system and install it in a new office in a short time when relocating the office.
